Roles with different responsibilities

Admin

broad operational administration.

Collaborator

works on shared QR records and content.

Limited

narrower access for specific responsibilities.

A practical workspace structure

  • Create workspaces only where ownership or billing genuinely differs.
  • Use top-level folders for durable boundaries such as clients, brands or regions.
  • Assign the smallest role that supports the person’s work.
  • Add folder scope for people who should not see the full library.
  • Suspend or remove access when responsibilities change.
  • Review active sessions and audit history during security checks.

Access review routine

Review Owners and Admins regularly, especially after staff or agency changes. Revoke unused sessions, suspend members who no longer need access and keep folder ownership clear. Shared passwords remove accountability and should not be used as a substitute for workspace membership.

Team workspaces FAQ

What roles are available?

Four fixed roles — Owner, Admin, Collaborator and Limited — so you can separate who manages the workspace, who edits codes and who can only view.

How many team members can I add?

It depends on your plan: 2 members on Starter, 10 on Business and unlimited on Enterprise. The free tier is single-user.

Can I restrict someone to a single folder?

Yes — member access can be scoped to folders, so a contractor or client sees only the work that belongs to them.

How do invitations work?

You create an invitation in the workspace and share it with the teammate directly — automatic invitation emails are not sent yet. Once accepted, their role and folder access apply immediately.

Who owns the codes a member creates?

The workspace. Codes, folders and analytics stay with the team, so nothing disappears when a member leaves.

Bring your team into one workspace

Shared codes, clear roles and folder-level access — without spreadsheet handovers.
