These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you andto be confirmed ("Qrcado", "we", "us"), a NextFly product, and govern your use of the Qrcado platform and the pages we host on your behalf. By creating an account or using Qrcado you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Qrcado you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you are not barred from using the service under applicable law, and that you accept these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy. If you use Qrcado on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Description of the service
Qrcado lets you create QR codes and manage what they do. Static codes encode a fixed value and work without our servers. Dynamic codes point to a destination you can edit after printing; we resolve each scan to the current destination, optionally serve a branded mobile page, and record aggregate scan analytics. QR Code® is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE Incorporated; we provide the software around the standard.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly athello@qrcado.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the actions of everyone you invite to your workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Qrcado to:
- create codes that link to illegal, harmful, deceptive, or malicious content;
- conduct phishing or "quishing" (QR-based phishing), distribute malware, or facilitate fraud;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others;
- circumvent plan limits, probe or disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorised access;
- send unsolicited or unlawful communications through pages we host.
We may disable codes or accounts that violate this section, with or without notice where the risk warrants it.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to your codes and pages. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and provide the service to you and your audience. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload and that it complies with these Terms.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans and their limits are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle acting as our Merchant of Record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time.
Cancellation is non-destructive: your static codes are self-contained and keep working forever. Your dynamic codes and hosted pages remain available according to the plan you cancel to (for example, allowances on the free plan), and we do not silently pause a working code to force an upgrade. Some dynamic features and higher limits are available only on specific plans.
Intellectual property
Qrcado, its software, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan analytics are complete or exact.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the to be confirmedpreceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Qrcado and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of to be confirmed, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. We may update these Terms; when we make material changes we will update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
