Feature

White-label QR experiences

White-label removal is not currently available in Qrcado. Custom domains and branded QR designs are available, but Qrcado branding cannot yet be removed from every hosted surface.

What teams can brand today

QR design controls

Apply brand colours, patterns, corner styles, frames and a logo to the QR artwork.

Saved templates

Reuse approved design settings across multiple codes and campaigns.

Hosted-page content

Add your own campaign content and visual assets where the selected QR type provides a hosted page.

What a real white-label release must include

  • Clear plan entitlement and backend enforcement
  • A preview of every affected hosted surface
  • Defined behaviour when a subscription is downgraded or cancelled
  • Documentation for domains, existing pages and previously printed codes
  • Permission rules for workspace owners and administrators
  • Approved pricing, sales and legal language
  • Regression testing across desktop and mobile scan experiences

Questions the product decision must answer

  • Which hosted pages and messages are included?
  • Can customers replace Qrcado branding with their own, or only hide it?
  • Which plans receive the feature?
  • What happens to existing pages after a downgrade?
  • Does the setting apply per QR code, workspace or custom domain?
  • Which brand elements remain for legal, security or support reasons?
